Returns & Cancellations policy

We pack all Machineries, and other Accessories orders with additional care to ensure you receive the delivery in perfect condition. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we’ll cancel it straight away. However, once its dispatched, then it cannot be accepted for cancellation. 

Refunds Policy 

Orders cancelled before dispatch will get a full refund after deduction of 2.5% processing fee. 

Please expect little impact to the machines because of the number of days in the transit. If your machine arrives in a damaged condition or in any discrepancy please send us your Order ID and a picture of the Machine/ Accessory with the packaging box to pawar@jioexport.com within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge! Please note that if the Machines have been damaged during unloading, we cannot guarantee that your replacement request will be approved. 

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. All refunds will only be for the product charges. 

 

Returns Policy 

Please note – We don’t accept returns. If you’re unsatisfied with functioning of your machine then we can only send you a mechanic after verification of the images of the damaged product on the first contact.
